Heating and cooling sucks

Room was large and clean. Bed was small but comfortable.

One of the issues my daughter and I would like to highlight is the breakfast. We would have preferred a cereal or other grain. The fruit option was rather limited and maybe a few berries could have been included. We would not have any objections to paying more for an optional meal aside from what is already offered.

The young man who worked last night ( sept 26th) I think his name was Garret but I am not sure , was extremely helpful and accommodating. Airport shuttle was a bonus

the staff were great. It would have been nice to have a hot tub for use of people whose rooms didn't have one

The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the pub was delicious! The room, had an unpleasant smell. So, I bought febreze to freshen it up. There was an A/C unit which I appreciated greatly. But the way it was put in, they used spray foam to fill in the cracks. It looked very unprofessional and untidy. The front desk area is dark and dingy, time to brighten it up! It was the only place available for the dates I was going to be in S t Johns. I don’t think I would stay there again. Unless, their prices dropped significantly.
