They let me check in early which was super nice. Room smelled amazing which was great. Breakfast sucked. Sonesta next door has WAY better breakfast. When I checked out, I asked if I could wait around in the lobby a little bit because I was awaitihg transportation to mt next destination. The last working said it was fine, but then she kept mean mugging me just watching and waiting for when I would leave like I was some sort of criminal. I was only there for like, maybe an hour and a half? Maybe two hours if that? Like I was just sitting there not hurting anything. I just paid for two nights, she was a little creepy. Other than that, the location of the hotel made it impossible to call an Uber. I had to walk next door to the Sonesta to have the Uber pick me up. And the Sonesta staff probably wouldn't have minded at all if I had to wait there for my ride after check out. But, my room at tre Sonesta smelled like trash. The Baymont is cleaner than them, and my room smelled AMAZING and housekeeping did a great job.

It was a great stay. Only stayed for the night but it was a smooth night for sure. The only thing I would say is that they charged my card twice for the holding fees until we checkout. I know I’ll get it back but I didn’t really like losing more money for a day or 2. But that’s about it

The breakfast wasn't the best, but there was plenty of food. There was a leak from a vent over the toilet which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, but weren't always immediately available.

The toilet in our room did not flush. We were given a toilet plunger to keep in the room but that still didn’t help plunging after each use. Our room wasn’t cleaned and then when asked for clean towels we were only allowed 3 when we had 5 people in the room. The outside of the hotel was very disheveled and unkept. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

First off, let me just say customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good as well(coffee weak). The reason i have chosen this hotel is because of the price,location, and the rooms i had seen online. Baymont by Wyndham claims that these rooms have been newly renovated. In my experience it was not. The pool was closed!!!! When i first arrived at 12:30pm friday (10/25/24) she waived the early check in fee for me ($25) AWSOME. She gave me a room but when i went up stairs and went to my room someone was still in the room.😐 Gave me another room she checked for me then i proceeded. I was told that there would be a $250 fee if there was anything broken or damaged to the room when i left. (Check the room if you see anything make a note and tell the front desk. I really thought my room would look like the pictures that they post it wasnt. Refrigerator was missing legs and the back plate for the shower nob wasnt attached to anything . But overall i had a good stay.

Decent and CLEAN
Happy with this hotel. It was clean and breakfast was decent as expected. A CLEAN and updated room is important to me. 2 issues- the iron was not working well, it was weak, no steam. The shower had two shampoo dispensers, no conditioner.

Was an average stay. It was clean and very friendly staff. No vending machines for sodas or snack. Definitely would like to mention the shuttle driver. I never received my wake up call and was leaving at 4 in the morning and had to rush to get ready and no coffee. He was awesome and got me a cup of coffee before leaving. That act gave this review a couple more stars

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS
I feel like I got bamboozled by the multiple good reviews on this property but it really is as bad as the bad reviews say. The room was SO dirty. Dust and dirt collected in every corner of the room. Something sticky on the floor next to the dresser. The pillowcases had black smudges all over the them. There was long black hairs in the sheets. Dust everywhere. The tub had weird brown stains. The TV/cable didn’t work so we couldn’t watch TV. The outside of the property is awful, it’s next to an abandoned hotel with broken windows. We were in town for youth sports and just needed a place to sleep for the night so we just suffered through it. I would NEVER stay here again and would advise anyone considering it to not. It’s just gross.

Baymont Inn Review
The room was very clean and staff was helpful. We were disappointed to find out the pool was closed.....empty and the hot tub water was disgusting green. Lighting in the room was not good. There was a dim light around the vanity mirror that was useless and no over head light in that area to compensate. There were a few individual lamps in the room. RE: the drapes- one was about 3 inches shorter than the other. ??? Refrigerator worked well and so did the air conditioning. The breakfast meal was average. Parking lot was well lit. There was a non skid rubber mat in the bathroom that was very useful in the shower.

Old, tired and in disrepair
This hotel is just old and tired. My first impression was the minivan shuttle that picked me up from the airport. it was so dirty and the carpets were so stained that I almost didn't want to get in. But, the person was very nice and provided great service. When I got to my hotel room, the dresser cabinet had marks and large scratches all over it and when I opened the door to access the refrigerator, it shifted because one of the hinges was coming off. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator was being held together by duct tape. You could also clearly see a lot of dust and debris in the space between the refrigerator and the side of the cabinet it was in. The curtains were in disrepair, and probably the worst thing was that the bedsheets had stains on them. They seemed clean, but there were definite permanent stains, and one of the sheets had a small hole in it. Time to throw them away and get new ones.

The hotel is tucked behind a big empty lot and the entrance road is easy to miss. But other than that, it’s a nice facility. A very clean room with a comfortable bed and good water pressure for shower. A good restaurant nearby, Indian Twist. I would stay here again when flying in and out of Tucson. (They provide continental breakfast but I didn’t have it yet so no comment on that.). I don’t swim at the hotels, but their pool is being closed right now.
