The reason you stay at a hotel is to have a nice place to sleep, so I hope they will take my review of my bed seriously and replace the mattress. Rm. 121, bed by the window: mattress was so worn that when you sat on it your butt hit the hard platform the mattress rests upon, both sides! Otherwise the place was fine. And the ice machine on the first floor was out of service prior to our arrival and was still not working when we left 3 days later and the coffee machine in the lobby only gave weak yucky tasting coffee, not drinkable even with cream and sugar. Definitely needs an upgrade to better option. Free made to order breakfast was nice but limited in selections. Staff was excellent!

Staff report they requested pool furniture over a year ago and corporate hasn't complied. We chose this hotel for the pool due to temps near 100s but what a drag..spent vacation in an old room. The place needs revamped and I want a refund. Plus hire a maintenance person.

The hotel is not in great shape. As we came in the lobby and entry smelled of mildew. In the room the air conditioner would cycle up and down every few minutes… very difficult to sleep. I called to get another desk chair because the current one had scratched or missing material and wouldn’t raise up at all. I called to the front desk and they said they are all like that. They said they will be renovating at some point and nothing is getting replaced or repaired until then. The toilet was rocking and will need at be resealed at some point. The bed was great and the staff is very nice. “Breakfast included” is not true. A $4 voucher towards breakfast is included.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was horrible. Toilets need an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Served so take some cash to tip the servers.

Hotel desperately needs a renovation. Upon check in I was given a room key to a room that was occupied. Opened up door to find such. Thank goodness no one was in it. There was also giant cockroach in the bathtub on my last morning. I notified front desk and they didn’t seem to care and said they would spray. Won’t stay again.
