Overall, the property was fine. It's in a convenient location for the interstate, the parks west of the city, and the city center, as well as several good local restaurants. The room was basic but clean. The drawback was that the lobby area was being renovated, which meant piles of construction materials around the side and back of the property and no breakfast (which I should have been notified about before I arrived). Maybe they could have made arrangements with the Denny's next door for $5 off your meal or something of the sort. Once the renovation is over I would definitely give a higher rating.

Receptionist was not in the front desk, took about 10 mins to get help. No breakfast due to renovation, I suggest for you to call before making a reservation. There was cockroaches in the room and it didn’t smell good
