The staff was very nice however I requested and paid for a room with pool side views when I booked and didn’t get it , the water in the sink had little pressure and the smoke alarm went off at 9:30 pm . The Pool was closed for a special event. We would go back for the casino and maybe a concert.

Rooms & overall property were okay but we had to go through the casino to get to the restaurants & then they had no dining options for vegetarians so we had to leave the property to get dinner. It felt like a cheap motel but it wasn’t a cheap motel price.

The room was fine. The problem was that there was a family in the room adjoining ours. The children were loud and the baby cried all night. This is a casino hotel and we didn’t expect a family to be housed right next to us.

Great place to stay. Would recommend. The food in the steakhouse was the best I had when in Arizona. Staff was amazing also. The only thing that could use an upgrade is the wait time for the buffet (it was crab night). There is so much wasted space in that area and it could easily accommodate more tables/people. That being said, the food was really good there too. No complaints!
