Our stay on 09/27/25 was absolutely fantastic, we were greeted with freshly baked cookies upon check in, hotel staff down to breakfast staff and house keeping were very nice, rooms were clean, roomy, pillows and beds were comfortable, any need was met immediately. There is a $75 holding fee that was refunded immediately after check out. Swimming pool was sparkling clean hot tub was just the perfect temperature. Breakfast was a buffet style with the option to purchase different options. Overall our family of 5 were very impressed and will be back!

Cute hotel but definitely needs updating. Never saw security and didn’t receive cookies upon check-in. There was black dust all over one of the beds from the a/c vent. Will not stay here again.

Just what we needed for a short stay.

We were in town visiting friends, so just needed a landing pad, a place to hang out to recharge when we needed a break from visiting, and a good shower. The pool looked great, even though we didn't have a chance to use it. Would love to have a voucher for a meal other than breakfast, as we are not big breakfast earers. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was not the most comfortable, but was fine for three nights. Would stay again.

Checked in and the shower in the room did not work at all. No housekeeping to check on it. Had to move rooms at 11pm. Then got to the second room and the electric outlets in the room did not work. Could not use electric. Front desk laughed when I told her the shower was not working.

The property outside was nice. The pool was sparkling clean & cool ( especially for August in Arizona). The rooms need to be remodeled. They are extremely outdated. We had issues with our ac unit to two rooms. We had to move twice because the ac units broke. We woke up in the middle of the night with no ac. They did give us points equivalent to 200$ for the inconvenience. That was a nice gesture although my nightly rate was 135$. I don’t think I can go back there. The staff was very nice though. The rooms need a better cleaning. I found a dead bug in one room.
