Large rooms and next door to Casino and restaurant
From checkin to checkout a very good experience. Big rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom, kuerig coffee maker and bathroom amenities. The only thing was the haeter/air was loud. Walked to casino and had dinner. Lots of gaming choices. If we are in the area we will stay again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Short story- checkout time is 1130. I called the desk the day before to arrange a late checkout. It’s $25/hour for every hour after checkout time. I was going to be tired so I agreed to pay so I could get extra sleep. Despite the call, the extra fee paid AND a do not disturb sign on my door, I had housekeeping banging on my door at 10:45, 11:15, and 11:45. When I informed the desk of this the simply said a cursory “sorry” and processed my extra fee for staying 20 minutes after normal checkout. Management didn’t care and service staff was rude and clearly impatient to get in the room I paid for through 12:30pm.

Our check in experience was sensational. Very pleased with the overall experience. We were only staying one night as part of our vacation. Would definitely consider staying here again in future. The room was clean and quiet. Very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with very caring staff. They do anything to make you happy. The rooms were nice and updated. Beautiful showers. Need more towels tho and more trash cans in the room. Windows cover was dirty and so was the comforter. Other than that it was nice. Pool has a water slide that is fun and hot tub for chilly days. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
