The pictures made the property look a lot nicer and that’s definitely not what it looked like on the inside. The refrigerator in my room did not work, the TV in the room did not work. And the air conditioner hardly turned on. I did call to question some charges on my card and the person that I spoke to her name was Britney. She didn’t like the fact that I was calling to question them and at the end of the phone call basically hung up on me so that was very rude. I can definitely say that I would not stay there again.

Please let me tell you how happy I am with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Tucson Airport. I was in town to give six presentations to mining professionals, and having such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay made all the difference. Every team member I encountered was attentive, friendly, and genuinely smiling each time they greeted me — and that kind of positive energy was the best motivation I could have asked for during this trip. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally professional, and the meal was delicious. The front desk staff were equally outstanding — always kind and sincere in every interaction. I’m truly grateful for good people like this. Thank you for reminding me that we live in a great country filled with blessings. Because of this experience, Hampton Inn Tucson will remain my go-to hotel for the rest of my career — and honestly, it’s one of the reasons I’m seriously thinking about retiring in the Tucson area.

We checked in for an early morning flight from TUS. Didn't have breakfast. Up at 4 AM, took 5 PM shuttle. The room was spacious and somewhat handicapped friendly. Only a single desk chair and very large oversized couch which wasn't handicapped friendly. The bedding was to heavy for the Tucson Climate. The 2 pillows were inadequate and not firm enough making for a poor short night's sleep.

I enjoyed the stay went to dinner at pinnacle peak then ate wonderful breakfast after working out at gym. Close to airport but no noise and close to local mission San Xavier del bac a beautiful historic site.
