Room was ok, but the heater had a mind of its own. While the thermostat was "off" ,a cold tornado started around 7.30 am. After pushing once more "off" it finally stopped.

Good pit stop.
Quiet area. Stopped only for the night so we didn't mind the brick wall as our view. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Lobby workers could have been more attentive during check out but they're young. Eh.

The hotel is really nicely located in downtown and has a nice breakfast buffet. The breakfast staff is kind and helpful. I gave the review 4 stars because when I entered the hotel there was some kind of issue at the front desk and the person beside me was denied the stay at the hotel. Then every time I went to the front desk staff were on difficult phone calls in front of guests. This was consistent for three days. If the hotel has this many contentious booking issues or other matters to address, remove the calls from the front desk - it is not professional or inviting.

When we checked in I was asked if I still wanted the room with the two queen beds and I replied yes, then when getting into the room my daughter and myself saw only one bed. So we had to go back down to the front desk to change rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful just some confusion on what room had the right amount of beds.
