I picked this place because it was within walking distance to the Concert Hall-just 5 minutes! This is where I want to stay when want to stay downtown Tucson again.

I was disappointed this time. The thermostat in our room malfunctioned repeatedly, leaving our room sweltering at 80 degrees often and then freezing other times. The pool only has 3 lounge chairs and would not open their doors to use the deck before 9 am or after 9 pm. It was way too hot to use it during those timeframes, so earlier in the am or later in evening was essential. We didn't even want to swim--just be outside. Have stayed many times but likely won't again.

The room was very nice and great that you could leave the car in the car park after checkout. It was disappointing that the pool did not open until 9 as I wanted to swim before breakfast. For the sake of the planet, I suggest the hotel invests in a dishwasher so that everything used for breakfast does not go into landfill.

We arrived and were told our reservation could not be found, even though I had a confirmation #. Was told they couldn't/ wouldn't help due to having booked through Hotels.com. on the flip side Hotels.com was fantastic and got us a room elsewhere.
