Property is under renovations which was not stated on their site. We had to reset the air conditioner in the living area of the suite because it wasn’t working and neither was the thermostat. Got extremely hot. Wires were hanging out from baseboard and not secured. Fans didn’t work. Light switches didn’t work on the walls. Carpet is old and not very clean. Pool not well taken care of. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.

The room was clean, albeit with a bit wear and tear. The staff were friendly. My main issue was with security. Someone attempted to open a rack that was fixed on out truck and we found they cut the straps and tried to pry into the rack. We approached the staff who did not attempt to either find video of the event as well as did not call us when the manager returned to the desk. There are alot of vaxant lots nearby where homeless live. Would reccommend staying somewhere else if you are travelling with valuables until the hotel can get their security issue figured out.
