Overall great. Super impressed with staff, especially at check in. But some noisy people running around hallls and talking loudly in middle of the night. Room was nice, but shower curtain like from the 1960’s and leaked lots of water on the floor. Having wake up call was nice (not in hotels often). Amazed to get a real breakfast. Unlikely to be back in Tucson area, but would recommend this place and stay again. Definitely needs a sign on the highway as hotel is set way back off the road — hard to find at night, even with GPS.

Mattress like a board, room phone didn’t work, mold on shower wall, room not vacuumed in 9 day stay, chg ports on fixtures didn’t work, dining area - coffee ran out, milk out and had to share a gallon container with other guests, pool entry door broken. When voiced dissatisfaction to front desk, was told they’re doing renovations soon and didn’t want to fix anything now. Worst stay EVER!!!!!

Overall it was an ok stay. The hotel is a bit beat up and it doesn’t seem like the management/ownership is keeping up on the upkeep. Several things were broken or badly damaged and we saw multiple out of order signs throughout the hotel. Our room had badly stained and town blackout curtains, a dirty jetted tub, badly stained walls, damaged and stained lamp shades, significant wall damage, and hairs in our bed (likely from housekeeping). The staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was average, and the condition of the hotel was below average.

This was a practical choice that met my needs. It was centrally located to a variety of places. The staff was friendly and efficient. Access to a fitness room is definitely a plus. Healthy breakfast choice options.

It’s a holiday inn express. After Covid everything is less! No luggage rack in the room, no Bible in the room, no laundry bag, bed is comfortable, sheets are scratchy, guide on TV didn’t work. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
