We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and never had an issue -- the location is fantastic, and the pool area is lovely. This past weekend, we stayed in a king suite at the hotel. It's a large room, and I really like the size and the kitchen. I noticed that the furniture looked a little shabby since the last time we stayed at the hotel a year prior. And, my 8-month old's pajamas (at the knees) got very dirty crawling on the carpet, which didn't give me a great feeling. On the last night of our stay, I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and was horrified to find six cockroaches on the bathroom floor. We will not be returning.

The staff was rude. When I checked in the clerk told me there’s a $50 daily fee but the parking was only $20 and there is no bar or restaurant I found out about the free breakfast by accident. The cleaners comes every other day.No conditioner was filled and the bed wasn’t changed because my laptop was on it but the tip was taken with no thank you. The train kept me up all night. The keys never worked. Towels were like burlap. No more Hilton for me.

Traveled for the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl game weekend. Couldn't have asked for better accomodations. Staff was top notch...friendly and accommodating. Breakfast generous and lots of options. Safe and easy to navigate location. Highly recommend.

The room was attractive and modern, but did not have adequate lighting and the bathroom door is very NOISY. And we really missed not having a hot tub on the propery.

Lobby was beautiful. Pool area was gorgeous. Difficult to get to with construction, we drove around a while trying to figure out where the front is. Service was fair, people at the front desk were screaming at trespassers when I walked in and cursed a bit, it was a little off putting wondering what we were getting into. Bathroom was sliding doors without a lock and shower door kept sliding open during my shower. They had bottles of soap/shampoo/conditioner on wall, but it was out. I had to go to the front desk to ask for mini bottles before my kids could shower. Breakfast was fair.
