The quality of this hotel was shocking. Bathroom sliding "door" has huge gaps you can see through, stains on the carpet through the whole room. Its not the quality i was expecting from a hilton property, maybe from a best western

Great location
Nice location in downtown Tucson to visit downtown and the National Park. A bit of road contraction going on right now, but it really wasn't a problem. Many restaurants within a short walking distance.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times visiting my university student. We love the location, breakfast, and pool area.Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that room cleaning was supposed to be every other day. We were there 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. I don't worry so much about my bed being remade, but fresh towels, replenish of paper products, and emptying the garbage would be appreciated without having to chase it down...

Great thing is we received early check in. Bad thing - our reservation was for a king bed - our room had 2 queens. Lack of parking when we paid for parking. Free breakfast - oatmeal and yogurt ran out by 9 am. No one cared to refill it.

The property was in a good location. Close to transit. Our room was big with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Nice pool but only 3.5 feet deep. Good for cool down. Breakfast was an issue as poor knowledge and interest in gluten free. I could not recommend this location to anyone with celiac. I was sick a couple of days because of the breakfast and the staff had poor knowledge of the illness.

Love the Pool Area! The rooms are a good size and the kitchen is really a must for me. I traveled with three children 8 and under and it was great. Also the staff was polite and very helpful. Staying here again in the future 😊
