I'd stay again! Casita #2
Booked months ago for parent weekend at U of A. Price and quality were great, I thought. It wasn't bougie, but wasn't slightest bit icky like some comments inferred AND made me second view my choice. Upgraded to a casita and have zero complaints. Some people just like to complain, and again I'm only speaking on my casita stay. Breakfast and staff were great!

Loved the room and it was quiet. There were no towels at the pool and when I asked for them no one brought any out. The pool area was messy with a lot of trash scattered around.

The hotel is not as attractive as their web photos. The neighborhood is a bit older and not much around for food options. The casita was very small, and the sink hot water faucet just spun in circles with no hot water. It was very quiet and safer then the parking lot rooms.

Not as expected.
When we arrived to check in the girl at the front desk was not too friendly. When we got our room, it was good, but I expected better from the pictures. The room was clean though. The toilet seat was loose on one side and the left side of the towel rack was loose. There is also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it gets hot in there after you take a shower. The beds were comfortable though.
