Employees were amazing. They swapped my room because the first bed was sooo hard. Thank you! Parking lot could use some lines because too many people missed out on parking due to erratic parking but lack of lines were a factor.

One of the rooms was really hard to unlock (438), although there was a sign to help, but it shouldn't be that hard to get into a room. This should be taken care of before someone stays there. Shower on 138 ended up with water getting all over the floor of the bathroom and the toilet seat needs to be replaced. There was a brown stain on one of the "fresh" towels. Coffee pot in the morning had issues with a lever-intermittent flow. That was very comfortable, but not sure why we got tiny little lumpy pillows.

Very dirty. First room was not even ready for guests. Second room was dirty (bathroom area) and had cockroaches. Please do not believe the good reviews, the place feels unsafe. The staff tries but the hotel is not good. Do not recommend.

The bathrooms are horrible. The toilet seat was chipped, peeling and and appeared to have been "repaired"? Same w/the sink counter top. The tub and shower are OLD-no amt of cleaning will change that. The hotel hallways are dark. You have decent land scaping but that's not where people sleep and there's no bedside USB--another sign of an OLD property.
