Pullout had no blanket or pillows and one of our remotes didn’t have batteries. I responded to the text we received welcoming us upon check-in asking for those items. I never received a confirmation text, nor did we receive any of the items I’d requested. This was extremely frustrating as the temp in the room made it difficult for my kid to sleep well on that pullout couch. Even a response of ‘unfortunately we don’t have those items’ would’ve been better than no response at all.

Over all had a pretty good quiet stay with two exceptions --- every evening my room keys stopped working and the elevator doors don't always close without playing with the open / close buttons. And NO the heat did not mess up the room keys since one evening left, went to Subway and came back within 10 minutes and keys didn't work. Breakfast was acceptable just I cannot eat liquid eggs - stomach doesn't like them. Pancakes, Sausage, Potatoes, Bread/Bagels, Cereal, some fruit, Yogurt, Hard Boiled Eggs, Muffins - nice selection. Did like they had cold water and cold iced tea available 24/7.

Elevator kept breaking down. Response was that it was old. When it was fixed, it took about 30 seconds to response to close the doors, etc. Carpets in hallway and room were stained and felt grimy. Mold in the bathroom.

A very good stay and the room was very large and nice. The staff was professional, and the breakfast was excellent. Although the property was a bit dated, not a real issue and would stay here again when in Tuscon. My only complaint was that during a stay of 3 nights, the room was never serviced (beds made, trash removed).

We checked into one room-the elevator was not working properly, there was soot on the bed & the sink stopper was broken. They gave us another room clear on the other side of the property- the elevator was out of order. The key cards would not open the room THREE times, so maintenance had to come let us in the room, he also made 2 trips to fix the lock and finally give us key cards.
