Everytime it seems when I stay here, tub drains are clogged up and have to plunge myself to unclog.. this time around elevators were no good, felt like I was gonna get stuck in there with no a/c. Very hot inside, as well as stairs

Nice hotel with helpful staff. We had the one bedroom suite which was quite big with a separate bedroom. The room was carpeted so it has a nasty smell though. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay. The room key card was deactivated every day around noon so it was annoying having to go to the front desk to get it reactivated. Breakfast was OK but a few healthier options (like fruit) would have been appreciated.

Checked in to a room which had a very bad smell, the toilet was in flushed dirty and had a live cockroach in it, the floor of the bathroom had dead cockroaches, there were dead cockroaches near the bed, went back to the front desk and requested a diff room, thankfully was given one which was ok, but that first experience left a bitter taste
