They do not clearly state that you will be charged 100 dollar deposit upon check in and sjnce i did not have i could not rent the room then refused to refund me they ripped me off and I was in town because my mother was in the hospital having energency surgery because of this i was unable to afford a room elsewhere and had nowhere to go ......

Swimming pool and hot tub in June had no water…Arizona without water is like a fish in the desert. Awful!! Old amenities dirty floors, no coffee in the rooms. You get it … yes I couldn’t take it, had to leave after the first night! You be the judge…on a positive note the front desk was polite.

I had a very pleasant stay here at Las Palmas. The staff are very nice and Brenda, at the front desk, is nice and helpful. The location is very central to my needs and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

I had booked a room 2 months prior to my stay and while checking in I was told it was not in the system for whatever reason. I end up getting the room that seemed to be in an okay condition but apparently the cleaning crew do not do a thorough job. On my second night there, while in bathroom I had dropped something that went under the bathroom vanity, I went to grab it and saw somebody's dirty underwear under there also. I knew I was going to be leaving first thing in the morning so I left it at that and didn't say anything. 6:00 a.m. in the morning, I went down to the lobby to try to check out and the doors were locked. I went back every 30 minutes up until 7:30 to try to check out and the doors were still locked and no one answered the calls I made. I literally had to walk all over the complex trying to find another way out to my car so I could leave and catch my flight on time. Even when I landed back home in another state, I had called to inform them that I left the hotel Key in the room because I had no other choice, no one answered the phone then also.

The hotel is located in a commercial area , has plenty of free parking, and is in a quiet area with easy access to the 10 freeway. The hotel is dated and in need of repairs. The room was big, the bed comfortable snd the service was great. The carpet needed cleaning but the rest of the room condition was satisfactory. The pool area was unusable, did not appear to be maintained and was in the process of being cleaned. The price was low and acceptable fir a one or two night stay.
