Upon checking in there were 2 big dogs next door to me that continued to bark loudly which caused another small dog to join in down the hallway. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, twice, long story made short, I was manipulated to believe that I was the problem for complaining about it. I was told I was being a jerk and bad language was used towards me before other guests. Then I was told I had the option of packing up my things and moving to another room or I could check out without a refund for a 7 day stay. Ridiculous. I should be entitled to a full refund for the way I was treated and the staff disciplined. It was disrespectful, discriminating, embarrassing, rude, and unprofessional. What a shame.

Do NOT stay here!!!

This hotel was repulsive! The outside has been taken care of or renovated, but the rooms are complete filth. We cut our trip short because the room was so gross. Long black hairs in the tub and bathroom (my mom and I are blonde so it’s definitely not ours). Pet hairs all over the one bed. Missing cover to electrical outlet. Food splatters all over the walls. Rotting door frame in bathroom. I’m hoping to get a refund for the one night we did not stay. I cannot express enough why no one should stay in this hotel and why it should be shut down. It’s disgusting!!

Super loud. Doors slamming constantly at all hours of the day and night. Very hard to get a good nightʻs sleep. The noise was a deal-breaker for me, and I am not usually sensitive to noise. I would not stay here again because of this.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They get 5 stars by themselves. The beds were horrible, absolutely horrible. They were hard and uneven. We were given 2 towels for 4 people. When I asked for more, I got 2 more. I had to ask for 2 more in the morning because of the 4 of us, 3 are women who needed to wash our hair. The bathroom was not clean. The floor had clearly visible dark, dirty spots. The hair dryer didnt work and there wasnt an iron in the room. Both were supposed to be in the room and working. The poor lady at the desk had to track them down for us. It made us leave later than we were supposed to as we needed both of them. Like I said, the staff was amazing. The room was not 7.8 stars like the website claimed it to be. I was not happy with the room.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Quick visit, quiet room with a nice mountainous view. Opened the curtain and saw a few little birds on the palm tree outside the window. The bedroom was the perfect size for me and my daughter.

Marathon game

It was nice, bed was comfy, seems like they renovated kind of had the new paint smell. I could walk to the Dennys for a meal. There’s a big QT right there if you needed gas or something from a convenience store. My room had the shared door it was locked but I could hear everything Thursday morning at 5:11 hats off to the couple in there they ran a marathon in 26.2 minutes if you know what I’m saying. Im not sure if the other rooms adjoin anyway would recommend and probably stay again.
