I only booked this room for one night to make sure we'd be satisfied. We were and booked for a second night. I'm a comedian & had 1 show on friday 20min west and one show on Saturday 20 min east. It worked out perfectly for me. The staff was great!

No working elevators. I was not able to access our room due to not being able to walk up the stairs..nor were there rooms available on the first floor. When I requested a refund for two nights due to my inability to access my room I was ignored. No call back or messages from the management regarding my concerns. Quite unexceptionable and unprofessional from Red Roof Inn. I won’t be staying here or recommending anyone to stay here.
