The room was not well kept the TV did not work both nights of my stay I asked the front staff to come check on it or bring me a new remote they said they would they never did don't think I'll ever stay there again

Worst experience with a hotel in my life. They canceled my reservation without letting me know after I already paid. Most likely because they could book someone for more money. There were multiple people in the parking lot trying to book a new hotel because the same thing happened to them.

Overbooked - Cancelled without notice!
Hotel overbooked. Booked room on 9/6, arrived at 1pm on check in day to learn that the hotel cancelled room due to overbooking. Us and multiple people. No notice. They were able to give us one night in a smoking room at a higher rate. We had to checkout the next day and find a hotel over an hour away. Our friends walked in and booked three nights the day before our arrival, they shouldn’t allow this to happen, essentially giving away long time reservations to walk-ins.

It did not feel clean. There were bugs and stains on the bed; stains and hair on the towels. We reported an issue with a light, which was not addressed during the stay. I would not stay here again.

The house was very nice. The host was great. We took our dogs and it was nice to be able to let them outside. We were there because we had a great grandson born. It was convenient to every thing. I will try to use this home when visiting our kids. Hpme again
