It took me a while to get a hold of somebody to find out how to check in after the office was closed every time I called the office. I never got a call back finally reached Gary at the gate. He was wonderful.

We were expecting a small kitchen as shown in the pictures but needed to look at the amenities. Door wouldn’t lock. They were suppose to notify us when maintenance was coming. Never got a notification but door mysteriously locked after we returned. Coffee pot wouldn’t come on until it was switched on and off 15 times. Rooms were clean and it was a nice stay.

We had requested two rooms next to each other and main floor. We were told they did not have two rooms next to each other and because we had booked through Expedia, they could not change our rooms.. They had no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. No assistance was offered either.

Needed another night!

I had originally booked for one night and ended up needing another, the staff did everything they could to help me out and wrre very friendly and even laughed at my stulid jokes, God bless them. It was a little noisy late at night but you cant account for the guests thats beyond the property's ability. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

There was no service to our room during the entire stay, but we really need anythiing. The tv didn't wook for 2 of our 3 day stay. The cleaning staff and maintenance guy got right on the tv problem the 2nd day so good job there! I'd stay there again but probably be quicker to ask for help with tv problems.

Horrible booking experience

When we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes by the main gate trying to call someone.. when someone finally responded we were told that there is no available rooms and "we are sorry for inconvenience, call us in the morning to get a refund". Then we were routed to Expedia to get a refund and after bunch of emails we still don't have the refund 4 months later.

Nice staff and that's it - pay more bu expect less

Staff was nice. So called deluxe rooms are small. Rock hard beds with cheap/hard linen, no mattress padding or comforter just a thin cover, horrible tiny stiff pillows (only two per tiny bed). Shower is nice but pipe was loose from the wall. Door chain lock was installed BACKWARDS (probably last hotel in world not to use a bar type door lock) Refrigerator condensor annoyingly loud and ran all night (louder than giant frig in my kitchen) Worst part other than beds and 1980s decor (noting was just "remodeled") is the toilet. Toilet is tiny and round seat vice the normal elongated seats (think RV toilet size), so tiny you can't reach under. Nice quiet location in a senior RB community but way overpriced and just not comfortable compared with my usual hotel chain where I get comfy beds and free breakfast for $20+ less a night. Oh and wifi didn’t work. Told staff who were unaware, fixed it 2 days later but signal couldn't reach my room on the end. Nice pool and housekeepers were very friendly. No place good to eat nearby. Coffee in room can't even be called coffee.
