Cleaning staff was very friendly and worked around our schedule. Waitresses were helpful. Nice place when visiting with family that stay at the camping section. Hotel rooms did not have internet, which is inconvenient when conducting any sort of business.

Bedding and towels were decent, soaps in bathroom were of such poor quality they were practically unusable, we had to go out and buy soap and shampoo. Service at Restaurant was disappointing and food was lacking. Room was updated but Bathroom was not.

I really enjoyed this resort. The amenities were great, it was nice and quiet and private, and the room was very clean. There were a couple issues I had with the room: the hairdryer attached to the wall wasn’t working and the phone wasn’t working either. My boyfriend went to tell the office about both and no one ever came to fix them, which wasn’t a huge deal but a bit annoying. Another issue I ran into was my room fob wasn’t scanning with the front gate when I came back after hours. Luckily someone was driving up behind me, otherwise I would have had to call their security line to get in. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again

Everything stood out! Clean room, great pools, activities, all staff were relational and would go the extra mile for everything big or small! Everything was wonderful, fun! My friend is going to start staying there for winter months , we both loved it!
