Yes the rooms could be updated, but the property is a hidden gem. Complimentary parking is great. So low key and peaceful! We’ve stayed a numerous different resorts in Tucson and we liked this the best. Loved having a hot tub in our private courtyard. Swimming pool is lovely and the fire pits at night were so cozy. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful desert setting. We stayed in junior casita and it was very spacious. Sofa and chair with sofa table area for sitting. refrigerator in room and keurig for coffee. Also had separate sink and vanity area from bathroom. Bathroom had sink vanity area with large shower.

My family occupied three junior suites. Two of the three bathrooms had loose toilet seats. The air conditioners were shut off during the night. I had to call and request that they be left on and set to 68 degrees. The pool was inundated with flies. The filters were not turned on. I asked for someone to help with these issues, yet no one came. After almost 30 minutes, I swept the water with a ripped net that I found laying on the ground near the towels. The flies kept landing in the water, so I left and never used the pool again. I paid over $2,100 for three rooms/three nights. The dining room staff and bartenders were very nice and helpful. The food and entertainment were very good.

Beds are extremely comfortable and room amenities were nice. Pool area was also nice and not very crowded. Food choices could be better. Carpet was pretty dirty which was hard to see as the color is dark blue… my white socks were black after walking around on the carpet for an evening.

We booked a room with a scenic view. It was ann upcharge due the view. All we could see were trees from the patio. There was no view. The front desk was not very helpful with questions. The food in the Palm was overpriced.

Nice property with traditional desert decor. Great cactuses and vegetation. Tasty restaurant and several pools. Some updates could be made to the gym. Some staff was great like the wait staff at the restaurant but others were lot great like the gal who works at the coffee bar. Up in the foothills so it feels a little more Scottsdale than downtown Tucson.

We had 4 rooms for U of A graduation ceremony. This property is run down, we stayed downstairs and the floor above creaked everytime someone walked. The electrical outlets did not work in the lamps. Poor room lighting and overall dirty. Closet door was painted in half flat and half glossy paint. Wehad out doors closed and could smell smoke inside our room when the upstairs people were smoking on the patio, This property is really overpriced! I wish we could get a refund!

Hotel is nice, but no backup plan for failing equi

Key card machine was not working so I had to go to the front desk and wait for a bellman to let me into my room for the first 24 hours. Also the internet was down for the first day as well.
