Wouldnt stay here again

Immediately our trip was soured by the hotel not being able to find our reservation. The supervisor said she could book us into the same room but wouldn’t give us the same price. In order to get the same price I had to contact hotels.com. I did and I’m not sure how that made any difference because all hotels.com did was call the hotel on my behalf. After that was situated, and we got to our room it was dusty and had poorly installed fixtures. Also, The toilet paper roll was installed too wide to even hold the roll spring so we had to put the toilet paper on the floor! The layout of the pool and hot tub is strange, they’re not even at the same location, not ideal for families. I would have liked to have been able to keep warm in the hot tub while my kids played in the pool. Overall it wasn’t the best, but it was tolerable for the night as we had to emergency stop here due to a dust storm closing the highway trying to get home.

We have stayed at the Westward Look several times….we have always enjoyed our stay until this time (March 11th)! We arrived about 10:00 pm (my in-laws passed away just 3 months apart & they were retired in Southern AZ)…after finishing up with last minute “things” at my in-laws house we headed to Westward Look to check in for the evening and it was easy & our room was clean and it appeared that it had new carpet! The bathroom was huge and we had a great view! We both wanted to sleep in for a bit…but, that changed fairly quickly! We heard our room opening and it was house keeping (about 8:40 am)… then about 30 minutes they tried again! I called the front desk to verify check out was still 11! Check out is @11 and not 9:00am We made sure to get out by 9:45!

Nice setting off the main streets, but very convenient to restaurants. Felt more geared toward corporate gatherings rather than a couples retreat. Please note that when they say a room has a "desert view" it means it has no view at all - internal landscaping/pool or retaining walls.

A very nice resort. Spacious room, very good restaurant on site with many options nearby. Several hot tubs and pools also on site, plus tennis and ball courts. Also horseback riding. As resorts go, good value for the money.

We enjoyed the lap pool and grounds. Room was spacious but furniture a bit worn. Wi-fi very slow. Pickle ball and tennis courts with lots of cracks though nice to have so many one could play anytime

There are no complimentary water bottles in the room. When we checked with front desk they said that we are supposed come up to lobby and buy them! There was no tissue box in the room. The coffee maker is there in the room. But no complimentary coffee at facility only to purchase. Front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. Filthy carpet in the rooms, it seems like a substandard facility to call itself a resort. This place is a fake resort.
