The check in was extremely fast and easy. The land is manicured to appear very natural and inviting. The rooms are spacious well lit and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, cozy and clean. Didn’t find one thing wrong with it. Haven’t tried the restaurant but will in the morning. I can’t imagine being disappointed. Would recommend for any reason or just for a night to relax!

We encountered an issue our first night ever staying here. We had 2 hungry kids and ordered room service. We were told that it would be 40 minutes before we got it. We accepted that and after about 45 minutes called again and was told ohh I estimated the time wrong it will be another 15 min. Not very happy we decided to wait. Then 5 min later got a call back stating our order never got put in. Upset and very frustrated we asked to speak to the manager who was absolutely amazing, and stated he would have it right to the room and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to comp our meal. Once the order got there we were missing one and a dessert wasnt correct so we called back and he again rushed it right over and added in an additional dessert. Mario the food and beverage manager went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and happy with our stay. It was our anniversary the next day and we dined in at the restuarant and they brought is some champagne to celebrate. Overall, highly reccomend staying here. Most of the staff is very polite and accomadating. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views all over the property. We are from Tucson and had never stayed here but will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts, listened to jazz music in the bar, ate at Palm and took several walks around the property. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.
