Who pulled my reservation
On the way to check into the hotel, where I hoped to stay for a couple of days with my girlfriend as we gambled at a nearby casino my overnight bag was stolen. It took hours to cancel credit cards, change passwords and the hundreds of other things a person must do when there is a chance of someone accessing your personal information. It was so late when we finished neither one of us felt much like cerebrating and gambling … The next day I contacted the hotel in an attempt to see if I could check in early. Imagine my surprise when I was told the reservation had been pulled due to a no show. It literally took hours to contact a live person at hotel.com only to be told their policy is to allow the hotel to decide whether a refund is offered or not…after talking with the hotel I was told no refund was possible. I was out $188 because I was robbed and put my personal safety first by not including the hotel in my decision making… I was never told why I couldn’t check in on the second day. I was told that might had rebooked the room and even thought they had been paid in full for two days they didn’t see it as paid in full. Only a no show. I’m sure wood springs could care less about customer satisfaction, only ways to increase there bottom line .. it’s a shame I could not check in a day late even thought I had paid. When is your room really your room when greedy none carrying people are the gatekeepers… all beware

I stayed 10 wks there and paid a lot of money and in the end I left my Apple Watch there ( that’s where it last pinged) and I was unable to get it back! Every time I called they gave me The run around would say I needed to talk to a manger which was never there supposedly when I called or no one would ever answer it just rang… very disappointed that over an Apple Watch they would loose business! Never will I referre nor stay there again!
