Change the mattresses and this is the perfect pla.
New very nice room stayed overnight while passing through the area for the holidays. Check in and staff were great. Room was simple but new and in good condition. The only bad thing was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable didn’t sleep the entire night.

Did not expect the type of amenities received. The full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and hot plates. Rhis would have been perfect for an extended stay!

I was assigned a 4th floor room without cleaning with glass on the floor and without bed sheets, then I requested change and I was given a first floor room with the toilet with feces and a broken curtain so people from the parking lot could see me. My second floor neighbor had a rave party jumping on my roof at that point I decided to leave, I could sleep more comfortably in my car.

Best in Town for the Price
Clean hotel, nice receptionist and quiet. Little bit of highway noise but no bug or homeless problems like other hotels in this price range in Tucson. Worth the stay.

Lacking necessary items
All rooms are suites so they do not provide any type of breakfast. They have coffee in the lobby so they do not provide coffee pots or coffee in the rooms. The rooms are suites with a sink, full size refrigerator and two burner cook top but they do not provide any pans, utensils or dishes. A suite is useless if it does not provide essentials for preparing food. Luckily we were there only one night. If you plan to actually utilize the kitchen bring your own dishes, utensils and pans.
