Hotel Chichen Itza
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site.

The bathroom was not clean all around the toilet. The room had spiders, a few bugs in the bed and on the floor. The pool in front the rooms was closed for cleaning. Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!
