Room was so comfortable I loved the aesthetic, always clean and staff were timely. I miss it so much! Also the bartender was very friendly and awesome

I had originally booked a single room. Within 24 hours of booking I called to change the room to a double as my husband was also able to join me and we needed a bigger room. It took about 10 days for them to give us an answer as the manager was only on property from 9am and sometimes left around 2 or 3 pm local time and only on weekdays and didn’t address the situation through email either. This delay cost us about $1000 in added flight cost as the prices went up as we kept waiting to get a response. When we arrived I mentioned this upon checking in but the person shrugged it off with a simple sorry. In addition the air conditioning was very noisy and even though I complained two times nothing was done to fix it. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Clean room (&bathroom)and convenient location. Good breakfast. Staff were courteous/polite.(We only stayed one night, but would stay again.)

Room was downgraded at check in as no more twin rooms despite booking it last October ! Refunded by a small amount as a result. Room was small but well maintained and a nice bathroom. Very good continental breakfast with a lot of options. Hotel was perfectly located in the city centre. 15 mins walk to the station.

The room was to small and we didn’t like to have the basin next to the bed we prefer to have basin in the bathroom because if you use the toilet you have to go outside the bathroom to wash your hands

A good, affordable option that is close to a train station, but also walkable (about an hour) into the heart of Amsterdam (I like to walk). There are parks nearby and shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Great to have a basic kitchen to make breakfast or small meals, as well as a small gym and sitting area. I would consider this hotel again.
