Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.
The hotel is close the train station and downtown, the hotel is not brand new but room is clean, My stay includes the breakfast and dinner, it's a very good price. Very friendly staffs as well.
We were quite disappointed at this hotel. The room was bland, to say the least. They've paid no attention whatsoever to decorations and the over-all feeling of either lobby, corridor or the room itself. We chose this place because it was what we felt we could afford. Had we known what we'd get we would have chosen a more expensive option anyway.
Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was great, though the dining area is kind of worn down and also with a complete lack of cosiness.
The included evening meal (which was part of why we chose this hotel) was not bad, but nothing to write home about. Kind of like what you get served in a good Swedish school cafeteria.
The cleanliness of the room was OK. The beds felt more like something from a decent hostel than an expensive hotel.
Disclaimer: We usually try to be positive and not look for faults, but this time we were severely disappointed. The one thing that saves the day was the breakfast buffet.
Smallest hotelroom I ever stayed in, felt more like a hostel.
Bed was not comfortable, small single bed but way to soft, did not feel like quality bed.
Breakfast options were poorly, I know it's covid, but I've stayed at lot of hotels during this time that had much better options.
I would rate it 2-2,5 and will not book this hotel again.
The room was exactly what we ordered, the staff was friendly and the stay was good overall. The only thing to have any negative opinion on was the breakfast. The bread was rather stale and some of the condiments were all out without possibility to refill.
I was here for a quick overnight stay and this was a great option - clean & comfortable, close to the train & bus stations, dinner included (Mon to Fri) and with very pleasant staff. I’d say the room was relatively minimalist but it wasn’t lacking anything for my purposes.
Great location very easy to access and near shopping center and central station. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Clean bathroom. I manage to check in super early really thankful for it.
Clean, good location, affordable parking (5 EUR per night), exceptionally good breakfast. They were even offering free lunch for Mondays and Thursdays, but we had to leave soon after weekend stay :)
The hotel was in good condition and the rooms were nice and clean. Our room was located in the basement which meant there was no windows, also it was located right next to a conference room. Luckily no one was using the room during our stay but it could be a nuisance. On the plus side the tv was huge and easy access parking right next to the hotel, the breakfast was mediocre.
Whilst in the sauna, I was surprised to discover that the hotel's mixed gender sauna is of the nude variety! Understandably, the very naked lady joining me raised a brow as she noticed me sitting there in my bathing suit. That combined with the hot wooden seat, both sets of my cheeks certainly blushed. The gents kept their towels on, I suppose out of respect for the non-local. It was my first trip to Sweden and I later learned that naked sauna is actually very normal over there.
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and the breakfast was plentiful. The room has a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee, which we made great use of. There is also a gym but unfortunately we didn't have time to check it out. We travelled light so it was extremely convenient that the hotel provides a same-day laundry service.
