Wir hatten die Unterkunft frühzeitig gebucht und auch eine Reservierungsbestätigung erhalten. Am Tag unserer Anreise wurde wir mittags erst darüber informiert, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gab und wir diese Nacht nicht dort verbringen können. Es wurde uns eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vermittelt, die jedoch minderwertiger und recht teuer war, also auch keine zufriedenstellende Alternative. Die Vermieter waren grundsätzlich freundlich, wir waren aber irritiert über ihr Verhalten im Zusammenhang mit der Überbuchung: Zwar gab es lange Erklärungen seitens der Vermieter, warum das so passiert ist (Online-Systeme sind schuld), eine Entschuldigung dafür aber leider nicht. Und leider scheint dieses Problem dort häufiger aufzutreten!!
