We had a very bad snowstorm in western Washington last Friday. Our event in Shelton was cancelled due to the dangerous road conditions. Super 8 refused to give me a refund or apply my reservation to a future stay. $140 wasted. Very frustrating, I had NO CONTROL over the weather!

Waterfront at Potlatch
Needed an overnight near Shelton and this fit the bill perfectly. Stunning views, clean, little kitchenette and remodeled. Some street noise but did not notice it over night. I would stay here again.

Wow! I stay in 5-10 hotels per month and this is my favorite in a long time! We hit the harbor view with family replace for a quick romantic getaway. Could not have been better!!! Huge room. Very clean. Great linens. View was fantastic!!! We will be back.

McCleary Hotel
Super cozy place and it is absolutely adorable! It was clean and my boyfriend and i's bed was comfortable. The owners were fabulous and one of them walked us through everything and showed us around. I would stay here again :)
