We arrived earlier than expected and were surprised that we could check in right away. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The breakfast buffet offered the same selection each morning, but there was enough variety that it didn't felt repetitive. The hotel's location is excellent. We were visiting for the World Cup and could easily walk to several attractions, as well as many great restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip to Vancouver, and we would happily stay here again.

Excellent hotel in perfect location in downtown Vancouver close to shopping excellent restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were incredibly helpful and extremely friendly rooms were very clean modern and luxurious. I would highly recommend staying here.
