The car park is very big, towing a big trailer or boat is no problem here it’s like a commercial lorry park. The hotel is tucked away enough for the parking to be as off grid safe as possible as well. Food was good and the staff friendly. To sum up I will stay again it’s a good half way stop between Benidorm and Bilbao.

A mi parecer este hotel es únicamente NH y para nada en la clasificación de NH COLLECTION. Edificio antiguo, bien ubicado, bonito pero muy descuidado, falto de mantenimiento y limpieza. No tiene insonorizadas las ventanas, mucho ruido toda la noche y eso que estaba en quinta planta. Cuartos muy pequeños sin nada que se diga es COLLECTION. No existe un salón desayunador como tal, adaptan un salón grande muy improvisado, el desayuno mal surtido en platos poco prácticos, los jugos en bandejas de hielos que mojan el piso al servirse, cubiertos sucios. Elevadores pequeños, sucios y mal mantenidos. El personal de recepción muy cordial pero no atentos a recibir al huesped ,tuve que entrar pedir ayuda a recepción.

The facility overall was very nice. Our room however was very odd. Like it was extra space that needed to be made into a room. There was a huge “L” shaped sofa that was horribly uncomfortable, way too deep to sit in. Had there been lots of pillows it would have been usable. There was a long desk to offset the sofa but just one little chair for the whole space. Two nice size windows for light but nothing to look at. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and there morning buffets was excellent!
