We paid nearly C$500 per night, and while the room itself was attractive and well laid out for a family, the overall experience didn't reflect that price. During our two-night stay we dealt with intermittent electrical issues, cold water in both showers, a poorly sealed entrance door that banged in the wind, and housekeeping arriving at 4:20 p.m. Because we spent our days out exploring, the evenings were our only time to relax, and having to deal with maintenance during that time was frustrating. For a four-star hotel at this price point, I expected much better maintenance and service.

I have traveled to many parts of Spain and Sevilla has always been a go to visit. Our stay at Aguilas5 was better than expected. From the moment we were in contact with and met Jose, to the last day, we always felt that our needs and questions were met. A genuinely friendly staff eager to help, always. We needed a wheel chair friendly room and it met our needs. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool on hot summer afternoons and the facility was very clean and the rooms were air conditioned. The location was great because which ever way you went, within a ten minute walk, there was something to see or do in the Casco antiguo area. A great family friendly area with plazas, restaurants, small market stores and shops. I gave an excellent rating for the hospitality, cleanliness and location. Great hotel

ThI breakfast buffet was good, with many items to choose from.

Everything was okay. Check-in line was long. Rooms were nice but some updating was needed. Staff were friendly. Location was a bit far from the city center.
