Our stay was bery comfortable. Beds were firm but not hard and pillows as well. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.ha

Gross, don't waste your money.

When we arrived at the hotel we requested a room on the lower level. They refused to accommodate us even though there was rooms available. Upon arriving in the room we noticed really strong fake lemon scent like they were trying to hide something. The AC didn't work, the TV was broken, bed was even worse Broken Springs. Would definitely never stay here again would rather sleep in a tent outside. Claims they had free continental breakfast but try to charge us for it, only thing they offer for breakfast is bread.

Very outdated. 3 of us in the room and we only had one towel. Had to go to front desk to get more towels. Started with half a roll of TP, and no extra in the room so had to go to front desk to get more TP. TV didnt work, tried to call the front desk for help with the TV and the phone didnt work. Workers partying outside our hotel room until 1030, texted the number to the front desk as i was told to with any problems upon check in and got no answer. Wont ever go back. Very inconvenient from start to finish

When we got into our room, the body wash was empty, the bath mat was dirty/old I didn’t want to use it for my daughter’s bath. The tub was so slow to drain, the baseboards/walls were dirty with dirt, hair, brown stains running down the walls in the bathroom. The hair dryer plugged into the socket was melted. The steps outside were filthy. There were only 2 sets of towels for a family suite that sleeps 7-8. So just inconvenient to have to ask. The pillows were terrible. No extra blankets in room. Dirty sponge in kitchen. No dish cloths.

McBride overnight

Our TV could not get the “popular channels” that the hotel suggested. When we asked for help, the desk clerk said someone would be there in 15 minutes. They never arrived. When I texted them, I did not receive a reply. They room was clean and comfortable, but there was no help from the staff to address any problems.

We were very happy with our stay despite being concerned because of reviews I had read. It turned out to be very comfortable. The room was large and clean, with everything needed for our stay. Yes, the stairs leading up to the room were very threadbarren, and dirty, and the hotel itself is quite old, but it appears that the room itself had been upgraded, and we were very pleased with it. The breakfast was basic but was enough to get us going. I would stay there again.
