The wifi worked well and the front desk staff was fantastic and very friendly. The room was not clean and was in need of repair. There were dead flies and wasps in the window tracks, by the base of the bed and in a fly trap on the floor of the room. There was long dark hair under the sheets of the bed and in the bathtub. The floor of the room, especially near the bed appeared to not have been vacuumed as there were many dead insects, crumbs food droppings. The room itself was missing a smoke detector (taken from the bracket and not replaced) and the vent above the bathtub was half way out of the ceiling and had exposed wires. The door to the room also did not appear to be very secure as it was thin and flimsy.

The lobby and hallways were a little dated and felt a little unclean but when I went into the room it was newer and much cleaner. The bed was super comfortable.
The front desk person was friendly and helpful when checking in.
Confusion about which room and where the key was for our room. When I say “a key” it’s an actual key…haven’t seen that in a hotel in about 20 years. Some wear and age showing.
Disappointed that I booked a pet friendly room and was placed on the second floor. Limited parking as well.
When going to our room, it appeared several rooms were blocked off for long term guests with a strong smell of spices in the hallway and our room from their cooking.
Room was clean and what we needed after a day of travel but will likely not stay here again.

We requested an accessible room, which I get are limited but we were given one on the top floor at the far end of the hallway. It was about the most walking and stairs we could have had and made it incredibly difficult for us. The room was run down, hot, and not super clean. The beds were also uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets were nice.
This property is falling apart! Nothing like the pictures! Bed was down hill, trim around the door was off and you could see outside through it! Fan cover fell off, outside was poorly maintained! Quite literally the worst hotel stay ever!
