Valencia de Alcantara Vacation Packages

Our room was always clean, the staff members at the Restaurant were always friendly, welcoming and friendly. I was really bother by one of the staff members at the door. I understand you have to make sure people staying at the hotel are the only ones walking into. The same man stopped me three different days asking me if he can help me and holding me and my wife out the door. I was there for 8 days. Come on, you see my card for my room I'm staying here. On the other hand, there was one man very helpful, courteous, friendly. I couldn't get his name, but he is from Venezuela. You guys need to give him a raise. He is welcoming, warm and very helpful. He was covering for someone else, but he is a great guy. Overall, was a good experience!

Nice hotel

It’s a great location & a charming hotel. The breakfast is great too. Bed is comfy. It’s just that the rooms are dark. A bit brighter would be nice.

This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler. The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit. We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review).

Great experience
