Excellent hotel and Service. Excellent location. Staff make us feel as home.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel nuevo muy bien ubicado y con gente muy amable

Okay hotel for a night or two, location very good for central Madrid, but the street itself is very noisy until 3am. We could hear everything in our room on the 4th floor. Also taxi’s can not get to the hotel, so you have to go a couple of streets away.
