Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge.

Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa Downtown by IHG
No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part.

No vodka at the bar but the bartender was great. My daughters bed had tiny little ants in it so she had to sleep with me. They took $20 off the bill which I don't think was very fair. We paid for two beds and could only use one. I was grossed out. Will not be back!
