I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to find a hotel in downtown Vancouver that is not another cookie cutter template! It was an elegant design with detailing with the patron in kind. To have real glassware, housed in well designed mill work, real choice in the mini bar offerings was unexpected and made me us wonder how we had come not to expect this level of intentionality again with the patron at the center of the thinking.

Excellent property and the staff went above and beyond. Their friendliness is truly sincere! Great location for restaurants, shops, and transit. No need for a car. I will be sure to return. Not the least expensive option, but is a good value for the price and you pay for what you get. You get an awesome stay!

Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow! Our room was beautiful and modern and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The shower was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. Lol our room had a door bell. A staff member checked on us shortly after check in to ask if we needed anything. Wow! The restaurant in the lobby was very good. Both the coffee and the food were good. Reasonably priced restaurant for a hotel. The only thing about the restaurant was it seemed to be understaffed. Service was a little slow. Then bathrooms in the common areas were nice and clean. The lobby waiting area is small but nice. Easy walk to parks, the steam clock, shopping and the harbor. Watch pontoon planes take off and land at the harbor. We felt safe walking around downtown even after dark. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Kudos to the hotel and their staff.

I had no idea how nice this property really was. I have stayed in many fine big name hotels for work and have been impressed and when we walked into this hotel, I knew instantly by the level of service that this was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The room was immaculate, high tech, and luxurious. Because of the downtown location, you can walk most places, catch an Uber, or take Public Transportation. I plan on returning here again.

My partner and I stayed at Azur during our first time in Vancouver and felt extremely comfortable. Staff all around were amazing - front desk, at Dahlia, valets. The room service was also delicious, friendly to those who have food sensitivities and restrictions (eg dairy-free version of butternut squash soup). We would recommend Azur to anybody visiting Vancouver. We would happily come back and will think fondly of our time.
