The fan in the bathroom was so loud! And there was no way to not turn it on. Most of the staff was friendly, but the man who checked us in was not. We felt like we were bothering him.

The overnight clerk was rude when we called to find out how to catch the shuttle from the airport. He also wasn't very friendly when we checked in. There is ONE elevator car for the entire property and it sounded dangerous. We had to walk what seemed like miles to get to our room. The room had torn curtains and the tub jets were very dirty. You have to have a ticket to get the breakfast (this comes with your room key but we have never experienced this before). It seems as though they were keeping track of how much food you take. Its a very basic continental breakfast. The daytime front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were glad to have laundry facilities, and lucky that nobody else was using the ONE set when we needed it.

It was a nice place to stay and the price was fair. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, it is definitely to for a renovation of the facility.

Nice staff, good breakfast, lovely decor, I love the clans and tartans on the walls too. Airport shuttle driver was very nice too. Traffic noise not too bad in the room, in spite of Bridgeport being such a busy road. Great for the airport.

Very close to the YVR airport and directly across the street from Costco. They have off street parking. It's an older hotel in good repair. Clean with friendly staff. Free breakfast includes cereal, muffins, waffles, French toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. Plus hot and cold beverages. There is also a shuttle service to and from the airport.

I tried to use elec. Kettle and coffee maker and neither worked. The pack and play was filthy. Asked for a different one. At least the side were cleaner. Had to wrap a sheet around the mattress before using it. Ceilings were water stained. Looked rundown. Price was high and condition low. I have stayed before and was not so bad but won't go back again.

This is not a cheap hotel. Perhaps they should spend some o& the profit… new rugs would help with the smell and get rid of the old stained furniture. I will not return to this hotel
