We were able to check in early. Our a/c quit working and they quickly switched us to a room next door. All of the staff we interacted with were amazing.

Where do I even begin with this property? Let's start with the restaurant. It's just the Chinese restaurant next door our floor was so disgusting that you could no longer see the pattern in the rug, in the bathroom, there was something growing under the ledge of the sink. The shower was dirty. The hairdryer was broken. We rented 3 rooms. No one could get the TVS to work. overall. I don't know how this ever got 4 stars. It's no more than a 2 for me.

Bathtub was so dirty that i spent 30 minutes to clean myself, shower was not working because tab was broken. Toilet had black residuces on the back, sides.... tub tiles has not been cleaned or scrub. This property needs major maintenance work to be done.

Service was great. Allowed us to check in a little early with our toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside noise is loud, but it is close to the airport. Decor needs updated but overall a comfortable place for the price.

This is, by far, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The building is extremely old and completely lacking in maintenance. The furniture is broken, and the walls and ceilings are full of leaks and unfinished repairs. The carpet is dirty and smells awful. The bathroom has a leak that makes it impossible to sleep, the sheets appear old, unwashed, and unpressed. The windows are filthy, and the elevators are stained and grimy. All of this is completely unacceptable, especially at the high rate of $315.88 USD per night. If there were a score below zero, I would gladly give it.
