This is a simple place easy to sky tram and has a nice airport shuttle. They let us store our luggage and even check in early.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel could use a facelift (sink in bathroom cracked, inability to stream using existing t.v.,). WiFi is non existent. If on business, it’s virtually impossible to do any work in room. This reason alone (bad WiFi) would cause me to go elsewhere next visit.

The shower and the toilet have drainage problem. The condition of facilities inside the room including tub, sink, toilet, faucet, sink, counter and flooring are in poor condition. I noticed on the second day of a tinny sticker said “only towel changing once in every 3 days”. I was shocked. Then in the they’d day, I noticed another small note posted inside the elevator that “no room clean up or tile change for your entire stay unless you request with the front seat at least one day ahead”. My goodness. I stayed for 4 days. No one clear the garbage in the toilet and room. They gave you 2 paper cups for the coffee station. No refilling of cups. Need to go out to get some for myself. For this pricing of a deluxe room, I can get better deal with a decent stay. Feel like I am in a small town highway drive by 1 star motel.

The hotel is dated and could use a deep cleaning in some areas. It is conveniently located for accessing the Vancouver airport. But it is not especially convenient for accessing other parts of the city. The staff was friendly, was able to check us in early, and reserved a complimentary airport shuttle for us.
