There were used coffee cups in our room when we checked in. Air conditioning unit was leaking leaving a wet puddle on the floor which my little ones would have had to step in to get out of bed. The room keys for our rooms (we were a small group), continued to deactivate and when asking staff why this continues to happen, they reacted in a way that seemed they were being put out. They moved us to a new room but never followed up again and never cleaned our room though we were there for 6 days.

It would have been nice to know before hand that they don't accept prepaid debit cards anymore. Everything else was decent. It's a place to stay, but certainly not the Fairmont.

This is a convenient location to stay in if you were shopping in the Burnaby area. The property was quiet and we were quite self sufficient in our room: toaster oven, microwave, fridge, dishes. I am not first on the bathroom arrangement, as there is a little room for privacy and dressing. Overall, this property is great value of the dollar charged.

This was a great location for us. Parked the truck and grabbed an Uber downtown for an event. The room was a very reasonable price and it was clean. We were on a quick trip and didn’t have time to try the restaurant.

Great spot to stay while attending a concert at Pacific Coliseum. It was an easy 10min drive to the concert. Hotel was clean and comfy and had lots of parking and an attached restaurant.

Nice, clean, and unpretentious hotel. I have stayed there a few times and may stay there again. My main complaint to them is related to the black desk-chairs they use in every room. Those chairs have long legs that extend well into the narrow walkway between the beds and the desks. The chair's black legs constitute serious tripping hazards as they are invisible in the dark. I have tripped on them on more than one visit. I hope the hotel management would consider replacing those chairs with some that do not protrude into the walking space, before an injured customer would sue the hotel in court. Otherwise, the hotel is a very good place.
