The people were great, the parking was scary. If you don’t move your car quick enough, the gate will hit your car. When I first opened the door to the room, it smelled like pets and cigarettes. They say no smoking but I wasn’t sure about before?

The property had various options of restaurants near by. The only thing missing was airport shuttle available but they took you to Canada Place which is a boat terminal and has access to trains.

This property advertised a restaurant and bar. Both were closed. They advertised shuttle service to downtown. The only shuttle was to the cruise ship. The office staff was rude. The only saving grace was the proximity to the Italian deli across the street with the best sandwiches and canolli I've ever tasted.

Everything was great. Large group of us that the staff let us move some furniture around (as long as we put it back) in the lobby to sit together. Good location close enough to taxi to downtown. Felt safe and lots of choices for dining options close by. We did however see a mouse in the lobby scootch by.

We were supposed to have a balcony, we didn’t. Our key worked sometimes for the elevator needed to ask for reprogramming. Very few opportunities to use the shuttle van as it is only few trips a day. The area is dangerous. Very far from downtown.
