Good hotel, love that they have free underground parking. Some restaurants and convenience stores right across the street. Breakfast was so-so, but overall a nice stay.

Staff was excellent. Two things I would change, 1 get rid of the high step in shower, nobody takes a bath in the hotel anymore, and it is a fall hazard. 2 how about some to go coffee cups.

I booked the hotel because in the description was waterfront, scenic views and close to cruise ship port! This hotel is situated in an urban city area surrounded by businesses, no waterfront, no scenic views and a 20 minute van ride to the cruise ship port. The hotel description is false and misleading

Very cute and comfortable boutique hotel. The location was great for visiting VCC and surrounding neighborhoods. It's always nice to have breakfast included and we'd definitely stay against! We left something in the room and they were quick to call and let us know.

Great stay

Came for a concert so didn't spend much time in the room, but everything was great, room was quiet, bed was comfortable and breakfast was surprisingly large with a lot of variety. Appreciated the Eco friendly toiletries. My only minor complaint was the in room coffee, it wasn't the greatest. Front desk people were very friendly, I will come back for sure.

i'd say the over charging my card wasn't appreciated. my upgrade was 40$ supposedly because it legitimately had a dash covering the real price which was somewhere in the hundreds. Tell me how my room was around 400-450 n then i go to see my credit card history and it gets charged 655!? that's the price that was crossed off💀!? To explain they had sent me an email about the upgrade and there were 3 options King size bed with bar, than a checkout late option, and a check in early, when i got to the front desk they literally referenced my upgrade!? anyway and not to mention the multiple 1.50+23$ charges for whatever reason prior to the actual date? not sure if i get that back or not but either way the over charging was not suspected. I did sleep past the checkout time by accident, and i'm appreciative that they didn't charge me for that🙏 The hotel felt safe and it was close to where we needed to get to and from.
