We had a large room with a comfortable bed. The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Vancouver.

Underwhelming to say the least. The beds were confirtable and housekeeping staff were terrific. Front desk staff were generally out-to-lunch much of the time when i comes to providing traveller information. For example, if a gueat inquires about the city transit, it would be helpful to mention the FREE shuttle downtown. Windows did littlw to stop the atreet noise and the balcony was scary as its wall was fullnof huge holes and there were cigarette butts stuffed into the busted-up railing finish. This hotel sells itself on glamour shots if the crystal chandeliere in the unused and inaccessible "atrium room" but that is all there is to offer. Oh! Free, secure, underground parking was nice.

Basic no-frills hotel across the street from PNE, about 4km from downtown Vancouver. Rooms are well appointed but the free breakfast was very dissapointing with limited options. There is a safe in the room, but it is not bolted down to anything so it doesn't add any value.

We celebrated our anniversary and the hotel was so amazing, they made a special display on the bed and left us some special things. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfect

Needs some work, overall good hotel.

Something to address first. Overall it was a good stay. However, the floors in the bathroom were dirty having stains and hair. Bathtub could also be cleaned a bit more, as it had slight mold. Even the lobby's couches were needing a good clean. Staff were great to talk to and were very nice. Bed was clean, room was nice and cool from the get go. Everything else seemed good. The hotel is next to a wide variety of restaurants and things to do.
