The staff was friendly. They brought more towels to the room on the second day without even requesting them! Breakfast was excellent. I think outside could be better cared for such as the flower pots and surrounding fences. It was a little dated, but pretty clean and the room was nicely finished with comfy beds. I appreciated the convenient business centre. I did hear some noise through the walls at times such as dogs barking or children crying however it was not excessive by any means and was not late in the evening. The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel so always took the stairs which was just fine and closer to my room anyway. .The pool area looked nice but did not get a chance to try it. Would definitely stay again

The pet-friendly room was fine - spacious and clean with a laminate floor. The door to the bath/shower toilet could not fully open because it hit the floor and it was a very tiny room. Staff were alternately helpful and not helpful with managing the pets and getting to and from the room. There were no takeout options for breakfast and so one of us was not able to eat due to time constraints and managing pets.
