My wife and I checked into the room and briefly entered to drop off our things and head out to our reservation elsewhere. We arrived to the room again late that evening. Once we settled in the heater unit kicked on. The A/C/heating unit in room 206 had a high pitch loud noise it would cycle through every minute it turned on. It was so bad we couldn't get to sleep. It got so bad that I got up to turn it off only to find that the controls on the unit do not work. I met with the staff the next morning and they had me send them an e-mail about the incident. I have yet to hear back if anything is being done to rectify this situation.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. As did about 5 other teams. The hotel did the trick. Staff were a little grumpy with the kids … Yes they can be loud but it was between 7am-8pm. Not outside reasonable sleeping hours. Breakfast was okay since included. You get what you pay for. Average cost. Average hotel.

The staff was very accommodating and the continental breakfast had a good selection. The bed was comfortable as well. The wall is definitely thin. If you are looking for five star hotel with huge bathroom and etc, this isn’t it; however, if you are looking for a decent price hotel with pool with breakfast included and very accommodating stuff, this is your place :) the standard two queen room has a kitchenette as well with mini fridge!

Great Best Western standard, clean quiet comfortable. The best Hotel on our BC round trip. Despite being on a mafor road, the sound proffness is good enough to keep the traffic noise out, not like all the old hotels you meet all over BC.
