The ceiling in the bathroom was falling, the outlet plug was not even screwed in, the door had cracks on top and bottom, the bathroom door looked as if it had been chewed on the bottom, the air conditioner leaked all in the floor.Absolutely worst hotel. Was on vacation but got up at 6 just to get out of there

Staff on check in was very impersonal, to the point of being rude. The elevator needed repair, as it sounded aweful when closing and opening, and jerked when it moved between floors. The room was okay, but noisy. The jaccuzzi was noce and hot, but the jets were not working. Breakfast was okay, eggs were rubbery, bacon was nice. The hotel really needs alot of tlc amd an upgrade.

Rooms were alright. We stayed for a wedding so we got discounted rooms but I wouldn’t stay for the full price, much better other options. We were 3 ladies sharing a room, no counter space at all so had issues getting ready. We had silver fish bugs in our tub and sink, not much you can do about that but still gross. Easy and fast check in, staff were helpful. Continental breakfast could be a little better, limited options. Laminate floors so you can easily hear the people above you when they walk around. Overall not a bad stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was great. But there was a lacrosse team staying there the night we were there and they were so loud. The walls are so thin, and there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything. I would prefer not to stay in a hotel that offers group discounts again.

The check in was very smooth and fast. The front desk woman was very professional. The rooms smelt like smoke and other guest were extremely loud and partying. We had to be moved to another room the bed frames are very cheap. She moved us and we found out it wasn't just that room both rooms had horrible bed frames which made a lot of noise on every little move. The hot tube was out of order which is why we booked there and breakfast was so bad we couldn’t eat. This hotel is not worth the price we paid.
