This Best Western exceeded any expectations I could’ve had. Their service has been top notch. From accommodating me with receiving parcels that arrived before my arrivals to an extremely smooth and courteous check-in. The room was also very clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located in Langley close to shops/restaurants. Would recommend and would also use this hotel again. Thank you to the front desk and management!

The amount of unhoused people around this hotel is frightening. I’m from Vancouver and I found it too much. Staff were unfriendly. Not rude just not friendly. VERY old facilities but that’s the lower mainland Will not be returning

Don't stay here if you have a disability people can't see, I was horribly treated by Gurleen and threatened yet no one did anything about it :( Also woken by a barking dog @0545 which barked for over half an hour. There has been no apology for the way I was treated and there should be a refund

Staff on our first evening was not helpful at all. Room doors slamming very loudly at all times because of poor design & maintenance. When guests above us were walking around their room, floors creaked so bad it sounded like they were going to fall through their floor and in to our room. Very unpleasant stay......especially when you pay $400++ per night!! Very disappointing 😞
