It was ok. 2 of the 3 bottles in washroom were empty. Shampoo and conditioner had 1/10th of contents. Cleaning staff should double check. May have been a mistake but they should look.

Overall good stay with a couple inconveniences

The hotel over all was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for us. The only issue was the hotel was full and the hotel did not prepare for this?! At breakfast the buffet was always missing key items, like eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc.There was a wait and items got cold until the next batch came out. The staff was working very hard to accommodate but just couldn’t keep up. More staff was required. Then we tried to go to the hot tub at night and there was a sign to get towels at the front desk and when we went we were told to take our room towels and get fresh towels in the morning. However we wanted dry fresh towels for our shower in the morning. The hot tub was full of young kids (which is great to see families enjoying themselves) but no room for us even if we had towels. So we did not use the hot tub and it was one of the reasons we booked this property.
