Great location. Could walk everywhere. Had a 2 person room. Was noise from restaurant/bar below and no A/C but knew before we booked. There was a fan in the room and we slept fine. Front desk people were nice. Room and bathroom down hall were spotless.

I got eaten alive by BED BUGS during my stay. Place is not very clean and many of the security doors are broken and or out of use. I would not stay again or recommend to another.

The sheets aren’t washed, find some hair on it but the worst part is bed bugs. Me and my husband were both been bitten. And find some bugs crawling on the bed and I have took some videos of it.

Great location

Great location. Walked from the hullo ferry and to our concert at Roger’s centre. Neat to be tied to a pub next door. Nothing luxury but gave us what we needed. Felt slightly over priced for a shared bathroom. But it is downtown

A great place downtown

The location for downtown is fantastic, my room facing the street was loud a night from the bar below and street noise. The kitchen/ lounge was fantastic, lots of room for food and complete kitchen to cook in and friendly atmosphere to meet new friends. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were hot and spacious. The bunkers were comfortable for bunk bed and the bedding was fine. The security storage under the bed fit my open carry on bag and other personal items. I purchased a lock they offered for $10 and felt very secure with my belongings. The security was excellent and the staff very helpful. I checked out and left my bags in a secure space until 5 pm.
