Room was not as advertised.

Did not feel safe or clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Lost a bunch of money because of the no-refund policy, which I would understand if the room had been what they advertised, but it was completely different from the photos. Hotels.com refused to do anything about it.

We were expecting a little more than a bathtub in the bedroom when we reserved the jacuzzi suite, but that's what we got. I worked for us when it was all said and done. The rest of the room was put together with bubble gum and duct tape. Nothing fancy, but it did it's job.

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. They didn’t provide basic amenities like toothpaste or shampoo, and the bedsheets did not seem clean. I felt very itchy during my stay and even came back with rashes on my arms. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the comforter smelled like sweat. Calling for extra towels took over 30 minutes each time, which shows a lack of proper service. Overall, the experience was terrible. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.

Entrance is okay and the exterior buildings. I booked the standard suite but I was checked in to standard room. I have to let our daughter sleep with our family in Surrey because she have no place to sleep here and I just dont have time to complain. The room we have is not the room I paid for in expedia.
