My only criticism was that what sounded like a generator would turn on periodically. We could hear it in the bedroom even with the door closed. If we had stayed another night, we would have asked for a different room. Other than that, everything was great. Friendly staff. Great view.

Wow! What a beautiful location--and so easy to check in and out. Very helpful people. Right across the street from a market with eat in and coffee options--so convenient. Clean and simple, very comfortable. Only issue we ran into was there were no responses to my 1-2 emails asking about checkin and check out procedures prior. But the actual experience was 10/10!

Had an amazing stay! Room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Location was also amazing. The only issue we had was with finding the hotel and parking. Maps wouldn’t give a precise location and we were very confused about the parking situation. Staff helped explain to us and we got sorted out but I think having instructors when you book a room would be very helpful and avoid confusion!

Great hotel in downtown Vancouver
What a lovely hotel, very clean quiet and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic central location just a short walk from all the shops in Robson St. and there’s also a great supermarket Starbucks and The Keg steakhouse directly opposite. We even made use of the guest laundry and gym on Level 3

Outstanding Stay in Vancouver
A clean and well appointed hotel suite located a block away from Robson street and close to good restaurants and shopping. Located within a 10 minute walk from the Canada Line City Centre train station so there was no need to take a taxi or rent a car at the airport. Very convenient Urban Fare grocery store located across the street to prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to be given a spacious suite on the 24th floor with a great view overlooking Robson street and English Bay.
