I arrived at 10:00am at the hotel, way too early to check-in, however, the staff and manager allowed me to register and gave me a room immediately, and although I was not a VIP, they made me feel like a VIP with that move. The hotel facilities were great, restaurant, bar and food all excellent, area and access to all the shopping and restaurants/bars around etc., all at an easy walk 5-10 minutes away. I will come back and stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Great Hotel.

I pulled up to the front door under the port Cochere in my BMW in a heavy rain and the Bellman hustles out and tells me I can’t park undercover to check in. Mafe me move into the rain and come check in. Lol. The rest of my day is fine and the parking was only $22 and tell that they seem very busy which I like. Excellent view from my room BTW on the 30th.

We use this hotel for appointments at the hospital next door. Some rooms are excellent, others are shabby. Seems to be the luck of the draw on which you get. Staff are usually helpful. Restaurant is expensive but there is a grocery IGA a few blocks down where you can buy prepared meals.

Room was decent size and had a small kitchenette with a full fridge/freezer which was nice. There was a bit of street noise even though we were up 18 floors as several times we heard sirens. We noticed the next morning that there's a hospital pretty much next door so that's probably why. Otherwise the location was convenient for shopping and eating and even a movie theater. Also only about 10 minutes away from Stanley Park.

A very poor check in experience. I booked this room for an elderly friend of mine who was travelling to Vancouver alone for a medical appointment. She forgot her credit card, I called to pay for it with mine and they would not allow this. The front desk attendant sent my elderly friend out of the hotel essentially to the streets. It was not until I insisted to speak to the manager that we had the issue resolved. The situation was very embarrassing for my friend who already had enough to worry about with her health issues. No apology was given.

The staff are really friendly, great room, and the location is walking distance to most main attractions downtown. There is a lot of homeless people in the streets around the property, aside from the homeless, this place was great.

Top floor was topnotch (except the shower & couch)
Stayed on the top (30th) floor in a King studio. The view was great, the room was great, the heating & A/C worked, the windows open, & they provide a Nespresso & pods. All was great, with the exception of the shower: the water volume was absolutely pitiful, & the bathmat had such hugely raised bumps on it as to actually be painful. Also, the couch had a large hole worn through one of the arms.

Staff are terrific. Helpful and friendly. The public areas of the hotel are lovely and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom and plumbing need updating desperately. Great location except the hospital is next door so ambulance sirens can be heard all day and night

The bathroom was not clean and was not very comfortable. To be more specific, the bathtub was blackened and the tiles were noticeably blackened with what looked like mold, so it did not feel clean. The location is convenient as there are restaurants nearby.
