Hotel location is convenient for accessing different parts of downtown Vancouver. Easy access to / from airport using the train. Staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit in the older side but still clean and comfortable.

Wonderful getaway with my daughter
My daughter and I were there for four nights to see Taylor Swift. I had changed my reservation to stay here and so glad I did. It was centrally located to so many attractions. We walked quite a bit during our stay and it was a great room to come back too and relax. Staff was very attentive. Our room had a kitchenette so we could walk to local grocery store and have breakfast food and snacks. Had an oven and microwave to heat up leftovers. Our hotel was packed during this stay but quality and service never hindered.

We visited during the last week of the Eras tour. The staff was fantastic and the little details meant alot. We received tickets w TS on them for a free buffet. We came back one day to fun TS cookies. The room was spacious and clean. The location allowed for easy walking access to all parts of the city.

We were told we would have beds for four people and we had one bed for two people and our guests had to stay on the couch because the airbed provided was flat and we told t hem, but they said it was Expedia that we paid so they can do nothing. They never tried to give us a cot though we asked. So paying over $3500 for something that was work about $300 a night was a rip off, won't do it again. Needed two beds and the room was a suite, but how does it only sleep two when it's advertisted to sleep four comfortably. Expedia deceived us.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The cafe inside hotel was really good, and the buffet breakfast was great as well. I liked that it was not far from shopping nor was it far from bc place as we were there for Taylor Swift. great trip!

We stayed at the Century Plaza hotel for the Taylor Swift Concert. Overall I would say the hotel is clean, well kept and moderately nice. The room we stayed in was spacious but quite dated. The included breakfast was a nice addition and staff were helpful. The hotel is centrally located, about a 20 minute walk to Robson Street and other attractions. The cost for staying during the concert was significantly more than usual and I did not think it warranted the upcharge as the rooms are dated and minimalistic, not exceptionally memorable. I would not stay again but wouldn't discourage others from staying at a more reasonable price, just expect the basics. With that said, I did not use the pool or gym, which could add an extra benefit to your stay.

My back was Down Bad
The location was great. I wasn’t pleased with the price gauging due to the Taylor Swift concert and given we paid more than we have ever paid for a hotel room, it was disappointing that our “double” room was two full size beds for 4 adults. We barely fit on the rock hard beds which made good restful sleep impossible. The temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing cold and burning hot without touching anything. Our cords fell out of the plug-ins with only some outlets actually working.
