The staff was wonderful. It is a great facility if you have any appointments or need to stay near St Paul's hospital. We did not use the garage but parking was available. Our only complaint was the time it took the hot water to get to the room, we were on the 25th floor, lots of hot when it got there, We would recommend the hotel.

Check in area is very nice and clean but rooms are dirty and smelly.Shower has rust.Kitchen was all empty except 2 water bottles Wasn’t able to sleep rooms are not noise proof.Police cars running all night long with sirens on
