I didn't like anything about this property. The only thing good is I didn't pay alot. The closest restaurant was a 20 minute walk away. There was only coffee, no tea, no creamers. There was no TV. The garbage bin had not been emptied. I would not recommend staying here unless you have a car and don't want to pay a lot of money for a room.Expedia should remove it from it's approved list.

We couldn’t get any hot water out of the faucets on our 2-night stay. There was so no TV, which wasn’t an issue for me, but it was a big issue for my husband! It would’ve been nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge in the room too.

Good place to stay

The room was clean and nicely appointed, comfortable and roomy. Only interesting thing is we never saw anyone else there during our stay, not that it was anything bad.

The "Charming hotel" is a very contractor grade home that is renting out each bedroom. Feels like a boarding house. No tv in the bedrooms. It was quite a long walk just to find a Grocery store or restaurant. On a busy street. There are a few parks nearby which is nice. The room was clean. I'm traveling on business and probably would just pay for a regular hotel room next time.

Unlike the description, there is practically no onsite parking. (1 spot for 4 rooms). Self check in went about as poor as it could go. We came into a dirty common room with empty food packaging left around. Our room was supposed to be locked, instead the door was open and it was snickering hot in there. The room floor was dirty as well as walls and closet doors. Lots of damage to be spotted all around the room. The room is tiny and looks nothing like the pictures. Our room shared a wall with the common bathroom, which made it very noisy because of both loud plumbing and guests. I won't be back here.

This was an amazing experience despite my misinterpretation of what family meant! Una was a gracious host with a charming little hotel, that is owned by her family. Our room was the size of an apartment in Europe, with all necessary amenities for a wonderful stay. We stayed 2 nights and picked blueberries and strawberries at the neighboring property for breakfast with our granola and yogurt. Very enjoyable experience for me, my wife and our 8 year old daughter.
