Staff is not helping out other customers to operate the waffle machine, while she helps out the other customer only. Choosing certain customer to help out is definitely not good. Staff are not friendly.
Clean, comfortable and affordable hotel. During our previous visit we needed an early check in situation which they grace fully accommodated. Appreciate Jotham Sandhu for his exceptional customer service in Guest reception.
The staff and registration was very good.
The only area of improvement would be the breakfast area. While the staff was fairly attentive, they did rush the closing time. Missing serving utensils 10 to 15 minutes before scheduled closing time. That could be improved. Also, as with most buffet style breakfasts like this the food was not very hot, but fairly tasty.
I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times over this past summer for kids sports and it has been amazing!! Great staff, great breakfast and clean rooms😃😃
