The breakfast room is very crowded, food quality is not that good. Very closed to light rail, so you can hear the noise. Staff are friendly.

I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because I didn’t have to deal with bed bugs. There were unfinished patches on the walls, the curtains were filthy, the toilet bowl had a crack. I dumped a bunch of water into the floor drain and covered it with a towel to get the sewer smell to dissipate. The front desk guy at check in was pleasant. The guy at check out in the morning must not have bothered to check me out because I got 3 messages 5 hours after I left saying it was time to check out. Vending machine in the hallway was almost empty and there is nothing near by for food. What a horrible hotel.

This place is old and it shows but it was clean. Drapes were broken and wouldn’t close. I told the front desk and they were supposed to send in maintenance but they didn’t. We were on and ground floor so this was a big deal. I will not choose this place again.

The staff was not professional and friendly. customer service was extremely unsatisfactory. The cleanliness of carpet, walls, bedsheets was extremely poor. The staff was touching and serving the morning breakfast with bare hands. Expedia should not promote and list the this property on your website, because Expedia is trusted website.
