The price that I pay online was double than the one on the hotel , the air fan was not working properly the driver , who was the receptionist at the same time call me philipino 4 times laughing about it, he didn’t show any respect

Rooms spacious & very clean. Bathroom facilities worked well. Fixtures dated - no accommodations for new wireless device charging, USB ports, etc. Electrical sockets in awkward places and do not hold plugs with 2 skinny ends. Only limited cable tv, no streaming services (ROKU, etc). Shuttle is good. Front desk staff is a bit disorganized, but friendly.

Pro：Convenient airport shuttle bus, location is great, walking distance to Costco and Chinese grocery store. Bed is comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: rooms are old, carpet needs good thorough cleaning.

The night Shuttle driver was rude. I arrived late but was assured the shuttle ran until 12:00 am. The shuttle driver had to come back to the airport after just leaving and it seemed to annoy him. Hotel is in a rundown area and seemed a bit sketchy. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good and hot.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially fine waffles. A short walk to the metro rail system came in handy. We were able to get downtown one day, and to our Cruise ship the next day with no problems. Senior fare was $3.15 CAD per person each way. Cab fare to Cruise port was quoted as $45.00 CAD. Hotel/Breakfast Area was cleaned thoroughly each day. Fast food restaurants were 1 to 2 blocks away. We enjoyed our stay.

We paid around $225 because of cruise season and for that high of a price would appreciate a little more services and better breakfast. Basically a roof over the head and no amenities and a very limited breakfast. Way overpriced.
