80's called and rooms need UPDATE but good stay
This hotel was perfectly central from the airport and about 25-30 minutes anywhere we wanted to go by rideshare or taxi with about a 1-4 minute wait.
Having the Airport Shuttle pickup and take to the airport is a huge relief and convenience so thank you. The confusing part is how to contact the shuttle - the convenience phone is on the third level as stated in emails BUT it is inside the terminal to the side of the entrance by the Shuttle area. Look for a board with phones and you will get the direct line for the shuttle.
The hotel was great in checking us in upon early arrival however we did have to store our luggage. What was not great was the storage area was not supervised access by employee and door was wide open and unlocked. It wouldn't take much to secure the door as it wasn't busy and the front desk would be able to unlock it easily for each traveller. It happens at all higher end customer focussd hotels ( even with liability sign) and I would have expected WYNDHAM to do the same.
They provide water in the breakfast room even when not in use. This should be noted for each guest to "help themselves".
The breakfast is complimentary and is OK. They offer waffles and syrup, bagels, toast, juice(2) and coffee tea. Sugared Cereals. Bananas and apples were available. Hot egg patties were also appreciated 2/3 days. This was the only NON Carb option for anyone watching diet or sugars - I am diabetic so it was unusal that we didn't have a YOGURT cup for an alternative
